پروفسور خضر هومایون انصاری یکی از اعضای اکادمی های بریتانیا ٫ برندهٔ نشان انجمن امپراتوری بریتانیا در سال ۲۰۰۲ برای کارهایش در زمینهٔ روابط نژادی است.پروفسور انصاری دارای مدرک دکترای فلسفه از دانشگاه لندن است. از سال ۱۹۹۰ وی مدیر مرکز تحقیقات اقلایت های نژادی قرار گرفته در هالووی سلطنتی در دانشگاه لندن بوده است؛ که در زمینه برابری نژادی تحقیقات می شود و نتایج ان را اعلام می کند. وی همچنین یکی از مدرسین ارشد بخش تاریخ هالووی سلطنتی نیز هست.
